By accessing, browsing or using the hm777 platform — whether through the website at hm777.im, the mobile application or any other authorised access point — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and hm777.

All transactions on hm777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for mobile wallet transactions. • Silver: 8% weekly cashback
• Gold: 12% weekly cashback
• Platinum: 18% weekly cashback
• Elite: 25% weekly cashback

Tier qualification is based on total real-money wagers over a rolling 30-day period. hm777 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds and cashback rates with 14 days notice to affected players.

hm777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at its discretion. Attempts to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, colluding with other players or using automated tools to meet wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hm777. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one player account on hm777
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration or verification information
• Using funds deposited from a payment method not registered in your own name
• Attempting to launder money through deposits, gameplay and withdrawals
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in card games or sports betting
• Using any automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence tool to interact with hm777 games or systems
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or display glitches for financial gain
• Facilitating or encouraging another person to breach these Terms
• Chargebacks: initiating a payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for funds deposited to hm777 in bad faith

• Chargebacks initiated against hm777 deposits
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening or disruptive toward hm777 staff or other players

When an account is suspended for investigation, hm777 will complete the review within 14 days where possible. If the investigation concludes without finding a violation, the account is reinstated and any held withdrawals are processed. If a violation is confirmed, the account is permanently closed and any balance remaining after adjustment for voided bets or forfeited bonuses is handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting hm777 support. On voluntary closure, any verified balance is paid out via your most recent withdrawal method within the standard processing timeline.

hm777's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time the liability arises. hm777 is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits hm777's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its own negligence. These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

hm777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hm777 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 14 days before the changes come into effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If you continue to use hm777 after the effective date of any amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.
